Starting as humble dairy farmers, the Clarke family has been at the heart of Trewithen Dairy since they began crafting dairy products on their Greymare Farm in 1994. By 2001, faced with increasing demand, the Clarkes made the pivotal decision to transition entirely from dairy farming to dairy processing, expanding into butter and yoghurt.
